Brushy Creek Marlins

Registration for the 2025 Marlins team begins in February 2025. Registration links will be opened (and emailed) at 6:00 AM CST on the first day of the respective windows.

• February 4 - 17, 2025: Registration window opens for Brushy Creek MUD residents only. If you’re not sure if you are a resident, check your water bill to see if it’s paid to the Brushy Creek MUD.
  NOTE: Your address will be cross-referenced with a list of MUD addresses.
• February 18 - March 3, 2025: Registration window opens for returning 2024 Marlins families.
  NOTE: If you had one child swimming last year and now you have two, you can register them both.
• March 4, 2025 - Until Full: Registration window opens for everyone and new Marlins families can register

NEW FOR 2025: Registration has been moved to a PRIVATE link process. A link will be e-mailed out at 6:00am CST on the start date of each registration window to those in that registration window. This link will be the only way to register for that particular registration window.
If you are in the Brushy Creek MUD and/or Returning Swimmer windows and have not received the link (via email) by the start date of your registration window, please reach to the Registrar at [email protected]. 
If you are a new BCM family AND a Brushy Creek MUD resident, please reach out to the Registrar with your address for cross reference and a link will be provided during the appropriate registration window.

Note: You will see “No registration forms are active at this time” on the website under Registration until March 4, 2025 and the registration window opens for all new families.

All NEW BCM swimmers will be required to pass a swim evaluation administered by one of the coaches in April 2025 to ensure safety for the swimmers and coaches.

●Spots fill up quickly so we HIGHLY recommend marking your calendars and register at the start of your wave in order to secure a spot. 

Waitlist: Due to pool space limitations, and coach-swimmer ratios, there are group size limits, but the Brushy Creek Marlins does offer waitlists. Should space become available, they will be filled on a first come, first serve basis, monitored by the registrar.

How much does it cost to be a Marlin?

For the 2025 season, the prices are:

• $225 - 1st Swimmer
• $215 - 2nd Swimmer
• $205 - 3rd Swimmer
• $195 - Additional Swimmers

A Marlins t-shirt is included for each swimmer as part of their registration fee

IMPORTANT: There will be no refunds issued for 2025 registration outside of new swimmers not passing the new swimmer evaluation. Medical and other hardships will need Head Coach and Registrar approval for partial refunds.

2025 Season Dates: The 2025 swim season runs from April 28, 2025 - June 29, 2025 (this is set by the NorthWest Swim Circuit). Actual start and end dates may be slightly different and have not yet been finalized. Details coming soon!
